The Vice President of Servant Resources coordinates the below committees:

►Young Women Committee :Madison Schachter & Becky Durfee

The Young Women Committee's purpose is to encourage young women to join and participate in the LWML-NED. Click on the link for news and information especially for the young women of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

►Structure Committee: Pat Kabiltz
The Structure Committee maintains the bylaws of the LWML-NED.  

- LWML-NED Bylaws

The Servant Resources Committee has been working on revisions to our District Bylaws.  The changes have to do with adding a VP of Communication.  Her duties would include coordinating the Communication Department and the Public Relations Committee.  She would also supervise publishing of the District news.  Suggestions for this change were made and agreed upon at our July 2009 Board Meeting.    These were sent to Pat Kablitz, Chairwoman of the Structure Committee.  She made additions/deletions to the present bylaws and sent them me.  I made copies and brought them to the September Board Meeting.  With copies in hand, we made a few more changes and refined the wording.   After Pat made corrections, the bylaws were sent by email to the board members.  At another Board meeting the evening of the LWML Retreat in Enfield, the changes were approved.  Some minor changes in wording as required by the National LWML Structure Committee still have to be made.  Then, the bylaws must be sent to the National Structure Committee for their approval.  Once we receive that, the bylaw changes will be brought to the District Convention for their approval.
